Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes with carotid atherosclerosis and plaque; 2. Those who comply with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation belong to those with weak spleen and phlegm stasis obstruction; 3. Age 18-75 years old; 4. Although taking lipid-lowering drugs, the medication has been discontinued for more than 2 weeks and the blood lipid level still reaches the "elevated" standard; 5. The patient is informed and voluntarily signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes; 2. Moderate to severe liver damage and moderate to severe abnormal liver function; 3. Familial hyperlipidemia, secondary hyperlipidemia caused by drugs or other diseases; 4. Have unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, or PCI surgery in the past three months; 5. Patients with heart failure and heart function = NYHA level III; Complicated with severe arrhythmia (such as frequent ventricular premature beats, ventricular tachycardia, rapid atrial fibrillation, etc.); 6. Uncontrolled Grade 3 hypertension; 7. Body Mass Index (BMI)>31; 8.drugs that affect blood lipid metabolism; 9.
