Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with ischemic stroke confirmed by MRI or brain CT. 2.Within 7 days from onset of symptoms. 3.With a prestroke mRS score of 0-1. 4.With a NIHSS score of >=2 at admission (limb score >=1). 5.Admission from the emergency department or outpatient service. 6.Voluntary informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of other cerebrovascular diseases (cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, etc.); 2.Diagnosis of non-cerebrovascular disease (central nervous system infection, epilepsy, metabolic encephalopathy, etc.). 3.Ischemic stroke with negative DWI. 4.Being tested for interventions such as drugs or instruments. 5.Pregnancy or 6 weeks postpartum. 6.With a life expectancy of less than 3 months or who were unable to complete the study follow-up for other reasons.
