Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the 2018 European Working Group on Sarcopenia (EWGSOP2) report, the diagnostic and grading criteria for sarcopenia are as follows: (1) Muscle strength: Grip strength 20s or unfinished 400m walking test />=6min were diagnosed as (1) possible sarcopenia, meeting (1) (2) or (1) (3) sarcopenia, meeting (1) (2) (3) severe sarcopenia; 2.Age >=60 years old; 3.No understanding, visual, hearing disorders, normal communication; 4.understanding the purpose of this study and actively cooperate, and informed consent, voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of the following diseases: "Acute myocardial infarction or recent unstable angina, uncontrolled atrial or ventricular arrhythmias, dissecting aortic aneurysm, severe aortic stenosis, endocarditis/acute pericarditis, uncontrolled hypertension, acute thromboembolism, acute or severe heart failure, acute or severe respiratory failure, uncontrolled orthostatic hypotension, acute decompensated diabetes mellitus, or "Uncontrolled hypoglycemia, acute or advanced renal failure, malignancy. 2.The patients were diagnosed as cognitive impairment by Mini-mental state examination (MMSE); 3.People with severe mental illness who are unable to cooperate; 4.Other conditions that the patient perceived as hindering training; 5.Patients with new fracture or unable to train during the recovery period of fracture; 6.Elderly sarcopenia patients who also participated in other exercise intervention programs.
