Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range from 40 to 60 years old; 2. Right-handed (referring to someone who is accustomed to using their right hand, also known as right-handed); 3. Exclude any other systemic diseases that can cause brain dysfunction. 4. Those who have not used any lipid-lowering treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertension, diabetes. 2. Dementia. 3. Central nervous system diseases such as cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, encephalitis, epilepsy, brain tumors, brain trauma, etc. 4. Systemic diseases known to cause cognitive impairment, such as hypothyroidism, VB12 or folate deficiency, neurosyphilis, HIV infection, severe anemia, hepatic encephalopathy, carbon monoxide poisoning, etc . 5. Previous history of mental illness. 6. Material factors such as drug abuse. 7. Contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging examination (such as pacemaker replacement, artificial valve replacement, metal dentures that cannot be removed, uterine contraceptive rings or other metal implants, claustrophobia, etc.).
