Genotyping screening blood transfusion group (On the basis of conventional blood type identification, red blood cell genotyping screening was performed to match blood type for transfusion treatment):N

60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intertrochanteric fracture complicated with sarcopenia 2. Percutaneous femoral intramedullary nail surgery is expected 3. Willing to participate in this study 4. Cooperate with relevant treatment when necessary, including necessary treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency. 2. The cognitive dysfunction, history of mental illness or are using drugs affect cognitive function. 3. The preoperative existing infection or other acute or chronic inflammatory diseases. 4. The transfusion is contraindicated.
