Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65 years, meeting CNLBP diagnostic criteria (pain >= 3 months, no clear organic lesions). 2.VAS pain score >=4 points, Oswestry Dysfunction Index (ODI) >=20%, and Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDQ) score >= 6 points. 3.Have not received other systemic therapy in the past 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lumbar vertebra fractures, tumors, infections, severe osteoporosis. 2.Pregnancy, severe cardiovascular disease, or psychiatric disorder. 3.History of previous spinal surgery.
