Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: propose endotracheal intubation bronchoscopy, Age 18-65 years old, ASA Grade I to III, BMI 18-28kg /m^2,Voluntarily participate in the study under the condition of signing the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Preoperative assessment shows that the patient cannot tolerate anesthesia; 2: Severely difficult airway; 3: Asthmapulmonary bullae with risk of pneumothorax; 4: coagulation dysfunction; 5: The terminal stage of any disease; 6: Switch to other mechanical ventilation mode in bronchoscopy; 7: Participated in other studies within 3 months.
