Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Histopathological diagnosis of CRC; 2) Age 18 to 75; 3) The score of Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status(ECOG PS) was 0-1; 4) Patients with no severe underlying hematological, hepatic, or renal diseases before the diagnosis of CRC cancer; 5) The first-line therapy regimen of all the patients was based on oxaliplatin or irinotecan;6) The CRC patients should be with high risk factors such as female, age under 50, non-drinkers or drinking a few, history of pregnant-related vomiting, history of motion sickness, history of anxiety, history of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy medicine previously, expectations of nausea and vomiting, patients treated with medicine(such as opioid analgesics).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Inability in oral medicine; 2) Allergy to NEPA or its components.
