Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for Tuberculosis Diagnosis and Treatment in Primary Care (2018) 2. Obtain pathogenic and pathological specimens using hand drawn navigation guided bronchoscopy to obtain bronchoalveolar lavage fluid for testing tNGS and pathology; 3. relevant informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of complete medical history, non-standard diagnosis and treatment, or those who give up treatment in the middle; 2. Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system diseases; 3. Individuals who disagree to be included in this study for personal reasons.
