Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.This retrospective observational study was performed at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University in China from July 2017 to June 2024 and included patients aged >18 years who received vancomycin intravenously by intermittent infusion and undergoing vancomycin trough concentration testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe kidney diseases; 2) Patients <18 years of age; 3) Patients with creatinine clearance (CLcr) <120 mL/min/1.73 m2; 4) Received less than 4 infusions of vancomycin and therapeutic drug monitoring performed; 5) Patients were not given vancomycin at 1g q12h; 6) Pregnancy; 7) Available weight data;
