Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Peripheral facial paralysis that meets the above diagnostic criteria, with the first and unilateral onset; (2) The onset time does not exceed two weeks; (3) Be at least 18 years old; (4) Those who can understand and actively cooperate with the treatment; (5) Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Subjective unwillingness to participate in this study; (2) A history of botulinum toxin injection in the past three months; (3) Facial paralysis caused by trauma, cosmetic surgery, and parotid and otogenic lesions, combined with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems; (4) Patients with mental disorders, cognitive impairments, unstable emotions and inability to cooperate.
