Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Qualitative research part: Patient inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease" formulated by the Chinese Society of Respiratory Diseases; (2) The patient has clear language expression, no limb dysfunction, and voluntarily participates in the study; (3) Those who have not received other pulmonary rehabilitation education and training; (4) Age = 40 years (Gold 2024 points out that the prevalence of COPD is higher in people aged >=40 years). Inclusion criteria for medical staff: (1) working experience in the Department of Respiratory and Acute Care Medicine>=5 years; (2) Intermediate and above professional titles; (3) Bachelor's degree or above. Intervention study part: Patient inclusion criteria: (1) in line with the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease" formulated by the Chinese Society of Respiratory Diseases; (2) Those who can participate in pulmonary rehabilitation training after being assessed by a doctor; (3) Have normal communication, comprehension and cognitive skills; (4) those with an age > = 40 years (Gold 2024 pointed out that the prevalence of COPD was higher in those aged >= 40 years); (5) did not participate in other systematic pulmonary rehabilitation training before the start of the study; Agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Qualitative part of the study: patient exclusion criteria: (1) suffering from mental illness, unable to cooperate with the survey; (2) combined with other serious diseases such as heart, kidney, brain and other vital organs serious diseases. Exclusion criteria for medical and nursing staff: those who were interrupted during the interview due to other matters and medical and nursing staff who were studying outside the hospital. Intervention part: patients' exclusion criteria: (1)those who suffer from mental diseases and can not cooperate with the study; (2)those who are accompanied by cardiac, renal, cerebral and other organ dysfunctions; (3) those who are accompanied by infectious diseases; (4) those whose illnesses worsened during the study period, and those who withdrew from the study in the middle of the study.
