Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients undergoing elective gastrointestinal tumor surgery; 2. Age 65~80 years old; 3. Normal liver and kidney function before operation, no acid-base imbalance and water and electrolyte disorders; 4. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is graded as Class I~III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative acid-base imbalance and electrolyte imbalance; 2. Have a clear history of neurological and psychiatric diseases before surgery, or take sedatives and antidepressants for a long time; 3. Have a history of alcoholism or drug dependence; 4. History of cerebrovascular disease or craniocerebral surgery or trauma; 5. Have severe visual or hearing impairment, unable to cooperate in completing cognitive function tests or refusing to participate in the study; 6. The 24h preoperative MMSE score < 24 points.
