Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Outpatients or inpatients who have been clinically diagnosed with chronic immune thrombocytopenia and have had a poor response to previous treatments such as glucocorticoids and immunoglobulins, and are under 18 years old. 2. Due to the need for treatment and the absence of alternative therapeutic drugs, TPO-RA is required. 3. The patient and the patient's guardian are willing for the patient to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
