Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with lung cancer according to the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Lung Cancer (2023 edition) by the Chinese Medical Association . 2.Aged 18 to 59 years. 3.Patients who underwent surgical treatment. 4.Patients provided informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of mental disorders or cognitive impairment, currently or previously undergoing treatment. 2.Secondary lung cancer patients with other primary malignancies. 3.Patients with primary malignant tumors in multiple systemic sites. 4.Patients complicated by severe anemia, cachexia, or other critical comorbidities. 5.Patients with unclear disease status or inability to complete questionnaires. 6.Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction.
