18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1:   Aged between 18 and 80 years old. 2:   Head CT upon admission shows acute, spontaneous, and primary intracerebral hemorrhage. 3:   The ICH volume calculated by the ABC/2 method ranges from 30 to 80 ml; 4:   GCS score: 5-14. 5:   Pre-onset mRS score of 0 or 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Diagnosed by imaging, conditions include ruptured aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation (AVM), vascular abnormalities, moyamoya disease, venous sinus thrombosis, mass or tumor, hemorrhagic transformation of ischemic infarction, and recent (1.4. 12: Patients requiring long-term anticoagulation therapy. 13: End-stage renal disease, end-stage liver disease. 14: Patients with mechanical heart valves 15: Known life expectancy of less than one year 16: The subject or the legal guardian/representative is unable or unwilling to provide written informed consent.
