Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First subacute stroke (1-6 months), able to provide informed consent, hemiplegia with upper and lower limb strength of 2-4, walking 25 feet /10 meters (with or without assistive devices).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cognitive impairment after stroke and/or communication difficulties that prevent them from following instructions (e.g., deafness, aphasia), visual impairment (e.g., visuospatial neglect, double vision), receiving other relevant treatments that may affect the efficacy of the study, medical contraindications to start rehabilitation (e.g., Severe uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina pectoris) and a history of disability associated with neurological deficits other than stroke.
