Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals undergoing gastroscopy at designated hospitals; 2.Written consent for participation in this study; 3.Clear and complete gastroscopy report results; 4.Clear status of Helicobacter pylori infection;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe brain, liver, heart, and lung dysfunction; 2.End-stage renal disease requiring dialysis; 3.Schizophrenia or other mental illnesses that hinder patient cooperation; 4.Pregnancy; 5.Pyloric obstruction; 6.Inadequately prepared patients (excessive food residue interfering with endoscopy); 7.Antibiotics or proton-pump inhibitors (PPI) were used for 4 weeks before study initiation; 8.Previous diagnosis was early or advanced gastric cancer; 9.After gastrectomy; 10.Tendency to bleed;
