Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of primary brainstem hemorrhage by cranial CT or MRI, and stereotactic assisted hematoma puncture and drainage; (2) postoperative mechanical ventilation support; (3) Age>=18 years old 24 hours; (5) hemodynamic instability [mean arterial pressure 0.2 [µg/(kg·min)]; (6) The patient's legal representative signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe lung disease or diaphragm dysfunction in the past; (2) brainstem failure; (3) Neuromuscular diseases: including myasthenia gravis, motor neuron disease and congenital myopathy; (4) Patients with severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart, liver, and kidney; (5) There are contraindications to electrical stimulation therapy; (6) Pregnant or lactating women.
