Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. On-the-job clinical nurses holding nurse practice qualification certificates; 2. Age greater than or equal to 18 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Occurrence of shift sleep disorder; 5. It is right-handed; 6. No visual impairment; 7. No recent trauma, musculoskeletal system is in good health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with acute or chronic diseases; 2. Those who are unable to participate in the survey, such as vacation, going out for further study, etc.; 3. Trainee nurses, advanced nurses, retired nurses; 4. Pregnant or lactating; 5. History of previous intestinal or metabolic diseases; 6. History of previous organic diseases affecting cognitive function (including cerebrovascular diseases, intracranial tumors, epilepsy, etc.); 7. Those who have used antibiotics and microecological preparations within 2 months before enrollment; 8. Those who have the habit of taking sleep aids in the past six months.
