Conditions

Renal cancer

Interventions

Gold Standard:The high-recurrence-risk group (HR) was defined on the basis of postoperative pathological criteria, including patients meeting any of the following conditions: pT1-2a stage with G3/G4 g
pT2b-4 stage (any grade, N0M0)
any T stage with lymph node metastasis (N1M0) Arterial Grade refers to the specific artery within the renal artery to which the tumor artery belongs: Grade I: main renal artery (if accessory renal ar
Grade II: anterior and posterior branches of the renal artery
Grade III: segmental renal arteries
Grade IV: interlobar arteries
Grade V: branches of the interlobar arteries.
Index test:1.Preoperative laboratory indicators for renal cancer, such as fibrinogen on preoperative blood routine examination. 2.The diameter of the tumor artery and renal artery on DSA
