18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancer; 2. Clinical stage IV (AJCC, 8th edition, 2017); 3. EGFR sensitive mutation, first-line treatment with third-generation EGFR-TKI; or drug resistance after first-line treatment with first-generation and second-generation EGFR-TKI, EGFR T790M mutation confirmed by secondary biopsy, and second-line treatment with third-generation EGFR-TKI; 4. Age 18-75 years old; 5. KPS score>=70; 6. Before the treatment of the third-generation EGFR-TKI, the baseline evaluation data of the baseline systemic lesions were complete; 7. According to the RECIST1.1 criteria, at least 1 evaluable lesion in the whole body; 8. Oligoresidue during the treatment of third-generation EGFR-TKI; 9. Immunotherapy after third-generation EGFR-TKI therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Double primary or multiple primary tumors (except for early skin cancer and cervical carcinoma in situ that have been curatively treated, and the disease has no recurrence and has progressed for more than 5 years); 2) pregnant or lactating women, patients who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for PET-CT or brain MRI examination; 3) EGFR mutation status was not detected after EGFR T790M negative or first-generation/second-generation EGFR-TKI resistance; 5) Those with a history of uncontrolled epilepsy, central nervous system disease or mental disorder.
