Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ET patients who underwent in vitro fertilization at the Reproductive Medicine Center of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital were eligible to participate in the study. The study was approved by the Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital for Reproductive Medicine. All patients received informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Chromosome abnormalities of both spouses (not including chromosome polymorphism); (2) History of malignant or borderline tumors; (3) cardiovascular diseases; (4) Complicated with liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, immune system and other serious primary diseases; (5) Other diseases that do not conform to pregnancy assisted by human assisted reproductive technology;
