Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender restriction; age >=18 years; 2. Pathologically confirmed brain tumor meeting the 2016 WHO diagnostic criteria, with documented WHO grade and subtype; 3. Preoperative brain MRI performed (non-contrast and contrast-enhanced), with MRI completed <=2 weeks before surgery; 4. Complete clinical records and imaging data of diagnostic quality;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or other treatments before MRI; 2. Incomplete clinical/surgical records or poor-quality imaging affecting diagnosis; 3. Lesion size too small (<3 visible imaging slices); 4. Lack of postoperative follow-up data;
