Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet one of the following conditions: ? History of implantation failure ? History of miscarriage ? Diagnosis of chronic endometritis (CE) 2. Voluntary participation in the study with a signed written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chromosomal abnormalities in either partner (excluding chromosomal polymorphisms); 2. Previous implantation failure due to embryonic abnormalities; 3. Any other condition deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator.
