Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Selective unilateral upper limb surgery; (2) Age range: 18-65 years old; (3) ASA grades I-III; (4)BMI:18-28 kg/m^2 ; (5) The preoperative patient and their family members agree and sign the anesthesia consent form, and the postoperative observation period in the hospital exceeds 2 days; (6) No serious language communication barriers, can agree and accept postoperative follow-up content aft (7)No cognitive impairment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are contraindications for brachial plexus block; (2) Existence of peripheral neuropathy such as cervical spondylotic radiculopathy; (3) Diabetes or peripheral vascular disease; (4) Receive treatment with alpha or beta blockers; (5) History of chronic lung diseases such as chronic pneumonia, COPD, and chronic bronchitis; (6) Patients with infections and fever; (7) Long term use of opioid analgesics; (8) Pregnant patients.
