Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old who underwent painless gastroenteroscopy in our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. there are coagulation disorders; 2. Acute onset or deterioration of congestive heart failure; 3. Patients who have had an acute myocardial infarction in the past 6 months; 4. Patients with severe arrhythmia accompanied by hemodynamic instability; 5. Patients with unstable angina pectoris; 6. Patients with severe lung dysfunction (including acute asthma attacks); 7. Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification > III; 8. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection; 9. Fever (body temperature > 37.5 ?); 10 Pregnant women; 11. Patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 12. Allergic to propofol, soy, etc.
