Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients: (1) Those with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer at stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria stipulated in the "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Primary Lung Cancer (2022 Edition)"; (2) Aged 18 years or older; (3) Conscious, capable of understanding and responding to the contents stated in the questionnaire; (4) Informed and consented to participate in this research. 2.Family caregivers: (1) Age >= 18 years old; (2) The main family caregiver; (3) The caregiver is a family member of the patient, including spouse, parents, children, and siblings; (4) Conscious and capable of understanding and answering the contents described in the questionnaire; (5) Informed and consented to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient: Accompanied with mental disorders. 2.Family caregivers: (1) paid caregivers; (2) accompanied with mental illness.
