Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who underwent laparoscopic radical or extended radical total gastrectomy for gastric cancer in our department starting from 2018, with postoperative pathological diagnosis confirming gastric adenocarcinoma; (2) Aged between 18 and 80 years; (3) Surgical records clearly indicating totally laparoscopic anastomosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who underwent lymphadenectomy laparoscopically but had the anastomosis performed via open surgery; (2) Patients in whom the anastomosis was not completed entirely under laparoscopy; (3) Patients with incomplete follow-up data.
