Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient's age is >= 60 years old The pathological diagnosis was a malignant tumor of the digestive system The clinical stage is either locally advanced or advanced The ECOG score is 0 to 2 points Anti-tumor treatments such as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy have not been performed yet Voluntarily sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are potential factors such as mental, psychological, family, social or geographical ones that hinder the progress of the research program Participants who, for any other reason, are determined by the researcher to be unable to complete this study
