Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged between 18 and 49 (young to middle-aged) 2.No underlying serious diseases such as cancer, heart disease, kidney disease, etc. 3.Able to communicate by listening, speaking, reading and writing 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have serious psychiatric problems such as major depression or psychosis as documented in medical records.
