18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old <= Age <= 100 years old 2. Patients who have been hospitalized for more than 48 hours; 3. Sputum or BALF or tracheal aspirate culture+drug sensitivity confirmed as fully resistant/pan resistant bacteria; 4. No fever, no increase in acute inflammatory markers; 5. One week repeated sampling confirmed long-term colonization of drug-resistant bacteria; 6. Informed consent and signing of consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute phase of lower respiratory tract infection; 2. Uncontrolled bronchial asthma; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Massive hemoptysis; 5. Cannot tolerate nebulized inhalation.
