Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.medical staff who consume takeout at least once a day, aged 18-45 years old, regardless of gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of colon cancer, celiac disease, organic bowel disease, or inflammatory bowel disease; 2.Abnormal results of routine stool examination; 3.Pregnancy or lactation; 4.Allergy to any component of the intervention treatment; 5.Received antibiotics or probiotics within the last two weeks before enrollment, or taken antidepressants, antianxiety drugs, and other psychotropic drugs; 6.Long-term medication to improve diarrhea; 7.Concurrent serious illness (such as myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, malignant tumor, etc.); 8.Severe mental illness, unable to control behavior or unable to cooperate
