60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Between the ages of 60 and 80; (2) Can participate in exercise independently and understand basic test instructions; (3) The Mini-Mental State examination (MMSE) score was>=24; (4) No serious visual and hearing impairments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Having serious heart, lung, and skeletal muscle system diseases; (2) Having neurological diseases that seriously affect balance function, such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and so on; (3) Having psychiatric disorders such as depression or taking psychotropic medications; (4) Requiring walking assistance or using devices; (5) Proactively proposing to withdraw from training during the research period.
