Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age>=18 years old, gender is not limited, sign informed consent; 2) Patients with high suspicion of infectious diseases based on medical history, clinical manifestations and preliminary auxiliary examination results; 3) Traditional detection of pathogenic microorganisms (including pathogenic smears (special staining), pathogen culture, nucleic acid detection, serological detection of antigens and antibodies, etc.) that have been sent for testing or sent for testing at the same time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Special populations such as persons with mental disorders and pregnant women; 2. Refusal to sign informed consent.
