Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for RA proposed by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR); 2. Good language expression and comprehension skills; 3. Age>=18 years old; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study; 5. Able to contact by phone or WeChat after discharge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness; 2. Combined with other diseases that obviously affect the quality of life, such as malignant tumors, etc.; 3. Those with hearing impairment or communication impairment.
