Conditions

Herpes Zoster Neuralgia

Interventions

stimulation site: the M1 area of the motor cortex
stimulation duration: 20 minutes.
Control Group Y :Take 150 mg of pregabalin in the morning and evening every day as usual, and take 0.5 mg of mecobalamin orally in the morning, at noon and in the evening.
Control Group N:On the basis of the conventional drug Group Y, conduct nerve block treatment according to the patients pain site. After determining the segment, administer 5 ml of an analgesic compoun
Control Group S:On the basis of the treatment in Group N, conduct sham rTMS treatment on the patients, that is, use a sham magnetic stimulation coil. Its appearance and the sound it makes during opera
Observation Group R:The basic treatment is the same as that in Group Y. On this basis, it is combined with pulsed radiofrequency treatment of the dorsal root ganglion and simultaneously with rTMS trea
stimulation intensity: 80%-100% of the motor threshold (MT)
total number of pulses: 2000 pulses
Observation Group T:The basic treatment is the same as that in Group N. On this basis, it is combined with rTMS treatment. That is, the patients participating in the treatment receive magnetic stimula
