Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.From January 2018 to December 2023, we retrospectively selected 1500 myopic astigmatism patients who underwent SMILE, FS-LASIK and SMART surgery in the refractive surgery center of the affiliated Ophthalmology Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. In order to avoid the characteristics of mirror symmetry in the axial direction of binocular astigmatism and the influence of different types of astigmatism on the analysis results, the right eye astigmatism and regular astigmatism were included in this study. (1) aged 18-35 years old (2) myopia:-1.5to- 8.5D, astigmatism:-0.5to-2.5D;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative complications such as subvalvular corneal opacity and Haze that significantly affect visual acuity.
