Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years ; 2. ultrasound is considered to diagnose thyroid cancer, and fine needle aspiration biopsy of thyroid nodules is performed. The criteria are based on the management guidelines of the American Thyroid Association. 3. Chronic kidney disease is defined as estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) using the CKD-EPI equation =15 mL/min/1.73 m^2 or the presence of albuminuria (random urine albumin to creatinine ratio [ACR] >=30 mg/g). CKD staging is based on the KDIGO guidelines.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. (eGFR) <15 mL/min/1.73 m^2 and entering renal replacement therapy are excluded; 2. Patients with other malignant tumor-related kidney diseases are excluded. 3. Incomplete data: including cases with low data quality and serious data missing, the decision is made by the principal investigator, data manager and statistical expert after discussion.
