14 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The clinical manifestations are consistent with severe nail malignment, and the appearance is like an oyster shell, which affects wearing shoes and walking; (2) Male or female aged 14-70 years; (3) Patients and their families are willing and able to comply with the study protocol and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Fungal infection; (2) In the acute inflammation stage of paronychia; (3) Combined with chronic or severe infection; (4) Patients with moderate to severe heart failure (NYHA classification ?/?) and COPD; (5) Previous hepatitis B, tuberculosis, Crohn's, immune deficiency disease; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Patients with benign or malignant tumors; (8) Patients with blood system diseases such as coagulation dysfunction; (9) Allergic to local anesthetics such as lidocaine; (10) Merger of mental illness can't cooperate with operation patients; (11) Other patients who were not suitable for surgery.
