Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis meets the criteria for schizophrenia according to DSM-V. 2. Age between 18 and 65 years, and patients with schizophrenia who are about to undergo electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). 3. Patients and their families voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other psychiatric or neurological disorders, or severe physical illnesses. 2. Received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) or transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) within six months prior to enrollment. 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
