Interventions

Control group:Maintain their normal diet and living habits.
TRE group:A 6-week 16:8 mode time-limited eating intervention was conducted.
HIIT group:HIIT group maintained a normal diet and conducted high-intensity interval training three times a week.
TRE+HIIT group:TRE+HIIT group received a 6-week 16:8 mode time-limited eating intervention, and at the same time, high-intensity interval training was conducted three times a week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-24 years; (2) Body fat percentage > 30%; (3) Irregular exercise habits, with exercise frequency less than 3 times/week in recent 3 months; (4) Do not participate in other clinical experiments during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Current eating time=12h; (2) Currently taking medication or undergoing other treatments; (3) Taking nutritional supplements such as protein powder, L-carnitine, etc.; (4) Being screened as having exercise risks via the PAR-Q questionnaire; (5) Menstrual cycle disorders or amenorrhea. Menstrual cycle disorders: Menstrual cycle 35 days in the past 6 months, or irregular cycles for more than 3 months in the past year. Primary amenorrhea: No menarche by age 15 or within 3 years after the development of secondary sexual characteristics. Secondary amenorrhea: Absence of menstruation for =3 months after previously normal cycles, or cessation of menstruation for >= 6 months after at least one normal cycle.
