Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The unilateral upper limb met the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Electrophysiological study showed nerve root or neurogenic injury; (3) the course of disease was within 3 months; (4) stable vital signs and clear consciousness; (5) Subjects accepted the treatment regimen and signed the informed consent, which was approved by the medical Ethics committee of our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with peripheral nervous system diseases such as diabetes mellitus and cervical spondylotic radiculopathy; (2) complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (3) patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; (4) with severe infectious diseases; (5) Unable to cooperate due to severe psychological, mental, cognitive dysfunction; (6) Treatment contraindications ( allergy, skin lesions, infection, rash, active bleeding in the local skin of the affected limb; patients with pacemaker implantation; patients with severe bleeding tendency, or coagulopathy, or taking anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin; Malignant tumor patients)
