Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma by pathology and undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy; (2) Age >= 18 years old; (3) Psychological distress thermometer score >= 4 points; (4) Clear consciousness and good comprehension, expression, reading and writing skills; (5) Those who can use smartphones; (6) Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have not implemented the established protocol or have withdrawn from the study halfway; (2) Discontinuation of treatment or death during the study period ;
