Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.FNA cytopathology results were Bethesda class III; 2.BRAF V600E gene test information available; 3.Surgical pathology available or re-puncture biopsy with a clear pathologic diagnosis; 4.Detailed documented information on ultrasound with thyroid nodules, complete with high-resolution ultrasound images;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Thyroid lobe partially removed for malignant tumor prior to FNA; 2.Incomplete ultrasound image information;
