18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Small full-thickness tear (< 1 cm) or grade 1-2 partial tear (Ellman Classification) of rotator cuff tear confirmed by MRI; 2. 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute traumatic rotator cuff tear; 2. Combined with shoulder stiffness; 3. Combined with shoulder instability, severe shoulder osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, tumors, infections, tuberculosis, etc; 4.Acromioclavicular arthritis required distal resection of the ipsilateral clavicle; 5. Previous surgical history of the affected shoulder; 6. Articular injection treatment of the affected shoulder (such as glucocorticoids, sodium hyaluronate, PRP, etc.) within half a year before the operation; 7. Neurological diseases involving the affected limb; 8. Cognitive or language disorders that affect the patient's cooperation.
