Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: >= 65 years old; 2. ASA: Level I-III; 3. Patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery in our hospital; 4. The patient and their family members agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index28 kg/m^2; 2. Severe arrhythmia patients; 3. Combined cardiomyopathy (left ventricular ejection fraction EF<50%) and severe heart valve disease (moderate to severe stenosis or reflux); 4. Combine with other severe peripheral vascular diseases; 5. History of neck trauma or surgery; 6. Carotid ultrasound examination suggests abnormalities such as stenosis and malformation; 7. Patients with baseline blood pressure SBP below 100mmHg or MAP below 65mmHg; 8. Refuse to sign the informed consent form.
