Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The ASA rating is less than level III; 2. Age range from 18 to 65 years old; 3. Patients who plan to undergo elective shoulder arthroscopic surgery under general anesthesia, with a surgery time not exceeding 4 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Patients with contraindications for nerve block, such as severe coagulation dysfunction, spinal deformities, systemic or local infections; 3. Dysfunction of important organs, such as liver failure or a Child Pugh score of B or C; Or glomerular filtration rateGrade II; 4. Unable to cooperate in completing calm breathing and deep breathing exercises due to neurological and psychiatric disorders, senile dementia, psychological disorders, etc; 5. Difficulty with airway and intubation; Diseases of the peripheral nervous and muscular system.
