Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The sample comes from the remaining samples collected by clinical testing or previous clinical trials, and the remaining sample size meets: >= 0.5 mL human serum sample; 2) Meet the storage requirements, that is, the sample must be stored at room temperature after collection and centrifuged within 12 hours after collection. Then keep it away from light and store it under -60? until it is analyzed. 3) The age and gender of the patient are not limited; 4) The patient meets one of the following clinical conditions: A) The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for ICD-10 depression; B) The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for ICD-10 bipolar disorder.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The sample showed coagulation or hemolysis; 2) Incorrect collection or storage of samples; 3) Undergoing hormone therapy; 4) Subjects are combined with other mental diseases at the same time; 5) Patients with neuropathy, brain trauma, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, diabetes and other major somatic diseases; 6) Women during pregnancy or lactation; 7) Those with a history of surgery or other major medical treatment within 6 months; 8) Samples that the researchers believe have other factors that are not suitable to participate in this test.
