Interventions

Joint group:In addition to regular soccer-specific training within the team, the joint training team conducts visualization training and NMT training.
NMT group:warm-up training subject training static training
control group:Regular team training only, no other interventions

18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 25, she is a professional female football player; 2. Have a certain foundation in sports and at least one year of specialized sports training experience; 3. There has been no history of ACL injury or other severe lower extremity sports injuries or surgeries within the past six months; 4. Be capable of understanding and cooperating to complete various training and testing tasks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There are visual or vestibular dysfunction (such as color blindness, vertigo); (2) There is a history of neurological diseases or brain injuries; (3) Have received similar intervention training within the past three months.
